Took longer than expected to ship out. Once it was actually sent, delivery wasn't too bad. The fabric is comfortable, although I wish the packaging had been a little sturdier.

Pillow itself is really nice. Print and fabric are both good. Shipping took longer than I expected though, so 4 stars.

I absolutely love my Castorice that I ordered. Shipping was a bit slow so I wouldn’t recommend the speedy delivery, but end product is definitely worth it. Came as purchased and I have no faults with the end product.

NEED HELP?

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about pillow types, sizes, materials, shipping and more.

An onahole pillow is an anime dakimakura made to be used with a compatible onahole. OnaholePillow offers split-leg, double-layer, full-body, half-body, and 3D latex constructions. The onahole is included only when the option you select says so.

Read Full Guide →

Sizes are 40 × 60, 40 × 120, 50 × 150, 50 × 160, and 60 × 180 cm. 50 × 150 cm is the classic length. Which of these you can order depends on the pillow construction.

View Size Guide →

These are the cover fabrics. A custom double-layer pillow can use all four. Custom full-body and half-body pillows use 2WAY. The 3D latex pillow offers 2WAY and New 2WAY.

Compare Fabrics →

It has a printed outer cover and a second artwork layer under a hidden zipper. The inner layer is a print, not an accessory opening. Closed, it looks like a regular dakimakura. Separate accessories are included only when the product says so. The inner artwork is adult. 18+.

Read Full Guide →

The custom full-body pillow is 50 × 150 cm, in 2WAY, with the opening in the center. The half-body pillow is 40 × 60 cm, in 2WAY, with the opening at the bottom. A compatible onahole is separate unless that option is included.

Compare Pillow Styles →

Wash and dry the fabric cover as described in the care guide. A 3D latex core is cared for differently: rinse the whole piece evenly, do not scrub one spot, air-dry it completely somewhere cool and ventilated, and store it cool and dry without folding or heavy pressure.

Read the Care Guide →

Only when the option you select says so. Full-body and half-body choices are cover only, PP cotton, or inflatable. The 3D latex pillow is pillowcase only, or pillowcase plus the latex core. An onahole is a separate extra.

Compare Pillow Styles →

Orders are batched every 3 days, then production takes 2–5 days. Transit time is extra. Flat shipping is $10 and fast shipping is $20. Parcels are packed discreetly. The carrier still needs a delivery label, so email before ordering if the label matters.

View Shipping Information →

Choose the construction in the custom studio. The upload fields show how many files that style uses, and the same image can be used more than once. An empty side keeps the sample artwork on the preview. Artwork is checked before production.

You can change the address or cancel within 24 hours, and only if the order has not shipped. For a return, contact the store within 3 days of delivery. A serious defect or severe damage can be replaced or refunded. Light compression that does not affect use may receive a partial refund. Slight scratches or stains, a pillow or size you chose, and an address you entered are not return reasons.
